- When will my order be dispatch?

We aim to have your order processed within 24 hours. It will then be dispatched, however, please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.

- Where do we ship?
We ship internationally! Just enter your address into our checkout form.
- When will you ship my order?

We aim to have your order processed within 1 to 2 business days. It will then be dispatched, however, please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.
Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season.

- After the goods are dispatched, how long does for standard shipping to deliver the package?

For orders within the UK, the orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days of dispatch.
For international orders, the estimated delivery time can vary between countries, however, on average it will normally take 6-7 business days.

- How can I track my order?

Tracking is only available using our express shipping method for international orders. Our standard shipping does not include tracking information. Your tracking information will be sent via your email. If you have any queries, don’t hesitate to contact us.
For UK orders, tracking is only available with our First Class Tracked shipping option.

- What are your shipping options?
UK Orders:
We currently offer the following shipping option for the UK:
    1. Royal Mail (First Class)
    2. Royal Mail 24H
International Orders:
We offer two international shipping options:
    1. Standard (This service is untracked)
    2. Express & Fully Tracked (Recommended)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout once your delivery address is entered.

- My order has still not arrived, where is it?

If you have not received your item or there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. There may be some unexpected delays with customs.
Please note:  On busy occasions, worldwide orders may take up to 30 days to arrive after dispatch. If orders are undelivered within that timeframe, please ensure you contact us to resolve this issue. 

- Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments that you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. Thus, the recipient is responsible for the customs fees

- Refusing To Pay Customs 

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Lavossy, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
